Sleepeasy massage oil:
3 drops lavender essential oil
1 drop clary sage essential oil
Mix 3 drops lavender oil and 1 drop clary sage oil with a teaspoon of grapeseed or sweet almond oil to blend as a massage oil.

Essential Oil recipe for Sleep Aid:
5 drops lavender oil
3 drops ylang ylang oil
2 drops roman chamomile oil
2 drops orange oil
Add this blend to an oil burner 20 minutes before bed time. This blend also works well in a water based room spray - just add to a spray bottle with 50ml of water. shake well and spray.
Simple sleep blend
Lavender oil 1 drop
Bergamot oil − 1 drop
Place these on a tissue and place between your pillow case and pillow.
