As we are approaching the cold weather, coughs and colds then you may look to Eucalyptus essential oil to aid those winter symptoms.
Eucalyptus oil is best known as a decongestant for colds and catarrh, but it has many other less known benefits. It serves as a powerful anti bacterial and anti viral oil and not only eases nasal congestion but inhabits the spreading of the cold virus. Used as an airspray during illness will help prevent any cold or flu germs to spread.
Eucalyptus oil is also useful for septic or congested conditions and combines well with Bergamot oil for treating cold sores and genital herpes.
