This blend is ideal for headaches cuased by muscular tension. Give a firm massage to upper back, neck and shoulders and into the temples to relieve headaches.

INGREDIENTS: Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil (Choose which you prefer if non selected either will be used), Lavender & Peppermint essential oils

Lavender has a sweet, fresh scent and traditionally used for balancing emotions, relieving stress & tension and promoting a good nights sleep.|

Peppermint oil has a sweet, mint aroma used to improve energy and brighten moods, reducing pain, help breathing, improve mental clarity and memory.

*Avoid if pregnant, suffer from high blood pressure or epilepsy. Select Grapeseed oil as your base if you suffer from nut allergies*
