Place a small amount of the uplifting massage oil in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and then place them on the areas to be massaged.

**Do not use uplifting massage oil during pregnancy.  Select Grapeseed oil for your base if you suffer from any nut allergies**

UPLIFTING MASSAGE OIL INGREDIENTS: Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil (Choose which you prefer if non selected either will be used), Lemon essential oil, Rosewood essential oil and  Ylang ylang essential oil,

Lemon essential oil has a fresh lemon scent and balances the nervous system, and refreshes and uplifts the body.

Rosewood essential oil is useful for relieving stress, jetlag and nerves, creating calmness.

Ylang Ylang essential oil has an exotic sweet floral scent. and heralded by many as an phrodisiac. Brightens mood creating a sense of euphoria, relieves anxiety, relaxies tense muscles, calms and promotes restful sleep.
