Avocado Oil (persea Americana) is pressed from dried fresh avocado pears.

Valued for its regenerative and moisturising properties.
Rich in vitamins, lecithin, potassium, protein, essential fatty acids and amino acids.
Helps heal flaky skin and scalp. Also relieves dry and itchy skin caused by psoriasis and eczema.
Often used to treat sun damaged skin.
Anti-bacterial and anti-wrinkle properties.
Excellent for mature ageing skin.

Avocado oil also makes a great hair conditioner. Rub in well for approx 20 minutes. Also suitable for Indian Head Massage.

Avocado oil is good for several years because it is really a liquid wax and not an oil. Just keep at room temperature otherwise it will solidify and go cloudy, if this happens just return to room temperature and it goes back to liquid.
