This calming massage oil blend helps with relaxation and calm.

Place a small amount of this calming massage oil in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and then place them on the areas to be massaged.

**Do not use uplifting massage oil during pregnancy.  Select Grapeseed oil as your base if you suffer from any nut allergies**

CALMING MASSAGE OIL INGREDIENTS: Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil (Choose which you prefer if non selected either will be used), Cedarwood essential oil, Petitgrain essential oil and Chamomile essential oil,

Cedarwood essential oil is helpful in calming anxiety and nervous tension.

Petitgrain essential oil is useful for balancing the central nervous system.

Chamomile essential oil relieves anger, irritability, restlessness and insomnia.

These essential oils combined are excellent for calming.
