This gift bag contains pre and post massage oils.
These massage oils are blended with Sweet almond or Grapeseed oil and pure essential oils. They are a natural way to increase circulation and blood flow which helps warm up the muscles and help prevent the risk of injury, stiffness, aches, pains and cramp. Ideal for anyone who does strenuous exercise or sports.
Place a small amount of the pre sports massage oil in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and then place them on the areas to be massaged. PRE SPORTS INGREDIENTS: Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil (Choose which you prefer if non selected either will be used), Rosemary, Lavender, Eucalyptus essential oils. POST SPORTS INGREDIENTS: Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil (Choose which you prefer if non selected either will be used), Rosemary, Lavender, Juniperberry.
