Uses for Clary sage essential oil:

Add 4 few drops of Clary sage essential oil with 50g himalayan salts to a bath to soothe bad moods, itchy skin and it will leave you energised.
Clary sage essential oil is good for face, neck and scalp massages to help banish tension.
CAUTIONS: Do not use directly on the skin use acarrier oil. Clary Sage essential oil should be avoided during pregnancy (ok during labour) or if you have endometriosis, breast, ovarian and uterine cysts and other estrogen dependant conditions (cancers). Do not use before driving or intending to take alcohol.
