Digestive system: Aids poor digestion, indigestion, nausea, flatulence, diarrhoea, colic and constipation.

Respiritory system:Helps relieve coughs and colds.
Muscles and joints: Aids muscular aches, pains and cramps. Also very helpful in relieving rheumatic pains.
Nervous system: Relieves headaches, emotional stress, blood pressure, anxiety and exhaustion. Cinnamon essential oil also has aphrodisiac benefits with a warm spicy aroma.
Also a good insect repellent.
CAUTIONS : Do not use Cinnamon essential oil while pregnant. Do not use directly on the skin, also can cause sentitivity, dilute with acarrier oil.
