This Organic Aloe Vera SLS free shampoo regenerates hair due to the many enzymes, amino acids and polysaccharides it contains which combine to regulate and balance sebum production on the scalp.

 The main chemical nasties to look out for in shampoos and conditioners are; parabens (preservatives), sodium lauryl sulphate or SLS (foaming agent) and methylisothiazolinone (a biocide.)

Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) is a very harsh detergent found in almost all shampoos and more than a few toothpastes. Have a look at shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and other toilettries next time you visit the supermarket and you will find Sodium Lauryl Sulphate SLS or Sodium Lauryth Sulphate (SLES) usually first in the ingredients label.

Sodium Lauryl Sulphate started its career as an industrial degreasant and garage floor cleaner. It is claimed when applied to human skin it has the effect of stripping off the oil layer and then irritating and eroding the skin, leaving it rough and pitted.

The extremely high 10% concentration of Aloe Vera in this SLS Free shampoo makes it ideally suited for DRY TO NORMAL HAIR. FOR FREQUENT USE.
