This pre sports massage blend is ideal for anyone who does strenuous exercise or sports and will help reduce the risk of injury and stiffness. Pre-sport massage increases muscle blood flow, mobilises soft tissue and improves lymphatic drainage.

Place a small amount of the pre sports massage oil in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and then place them on the areas to be massaged.

INGREDIENTS: Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil (Choose which you prefer if non selected either will be used), Rosemary, Lavender, Eucalyptus essential oils.

**Do not use during pregnancy, suffer from high blood pressure or epilepsy. Select Grapeseed oil if you suffer from a nut allergy**
