Cleansing Facial Oil Mix together 3 drops of orange essential oil and 4 drops of lavender essential oil in 30ml of grapeseed oil.
Cleansing Wash Grains Mix together 12 drops of Geranium essential oil and 12 drops of orange essential oil, 10ml of sweet almond oil, Approx 200g (1 cup) of oatmeal, approx 100g (1/2 a cup) of ground almonds and 1 tablespoon of clear honey.

Refreshing Foot Rub Mix together 1 drop of lemon, 2 drops of citronella and 3 drops of peppermint essential oil in 30ml of grapeseed base oil.

FOOT BATHS Foot baths can soothe aching and tired feet. Simple add a few drops of oil to your basin of warm water and sit back and relax.
Athlete's Foot Mix together in a warm foot bath 10 drops of tea tree essential oil and soak your feet for 15 to 30 minutes. Continue to do this daily until the condition improves.
Relaxing Foot Spa Mix together in a basin of warm water 3 drops of geranium and 3 drops of lavender essential oil.
CHILDREN
Bites and Stings Apply neat lavender essential oil to the bite or sting with a cotton wool ball as required.
Cuts Mix together 4 drops of tea tree essential oil in 300ml of warm water and use this to clean the cut. Then apply the tea tree essential neat to the cut.
Dry Eczema Mix together 6 drops of geranium essential in 100ml of avocado base oil and dab on to the affected areas several times a day.
Hyperactivity Bath Mix together in a warm bath 10 drops of Chamomile essential oil and let your child play for as long as possible.
Hyperactivity Massage Mix together 6 drops of Chamomile essential oil in 100ml of sweet almond base oil and massage it into the shoulders, back, stomach and chest.
Sore Throat Mix together 2 drops of eucalyptus, 2 drops of lavender and 2 drops of lemon essential oil in 100ml of grapeseed base oil and rub the the blended oil on to the throat and chest at regular intervals.
Sunburn Mix together 12 drops of lavender essential oil in 300ml of cold water and but into a spray bottle. Spray the burnt area as required. For small areas of sunburn you can apply the lavender essential neat.
Teething Mix together 2 drops of Chamomile essential oil in a little warm water and rub the mixture on to the sore area 3 times daily.
Travel Sickness Mix together 6 drops of Peppermint Essential oil in 100ml of Grapeseed Base oil. Rub the blended oil into your childs temples and stomach just before you set off on your journey. You can also put some of the blended oil on to a tissue for your child to inhale on the journey.
Weeping Eczema Mix together 6 drops of Bergamot essential in 100ml of Avocado base oil and dab on to the affected areas several times a day.
GENERAL ACHES & PAINS
Dandruff Mix together 4 drops of cedarwood and 6 drops rosemary essential oil in 100ml of jojoba base oil and massage in to scalp before shampooing your hair. Leave on your hair for 30 minutes and wash out with a mild shampoo. Then mix in warm water 1 drop of cedarwood and 1 drop of rosemary essential oil and use this for your final rinse.
Indigestion Mix together 12 drops of peppermint essential oil in 100ml of sweet almond base oil and rub the blended oil into your stomach and solar plexus.
Jet Lag Mix together 4 drops of lemon, 4 drops of rosemary and 4 drops of ylang ylang essential oil in 100ml of grapeseed base oil. Rub the blended oil into your face, back and neck during your fight.
Migraine Mix together 12 drops of peppermint essential oil in 100ml of sweet almond base oil. Massage the blended oil into neck and temples.
Sunburn For sunburn in adults apply neat lavender essential oil to the affected area. Continue to do this every few minutes until the pain lessens.
