Tax Charges

All prices & postage include VAT at the standard rate where applicable.

Goods must be returned unopened and in perfect condition. When choosing how to return products to us (post, courier etc.) please bear in mind the suitability of product and packaging and the rigours of the postal system. Simply Essential UK cannot be held responsible for goods returned that are damaged in the post. The cost of returning the product to the company is the responsibility of the customer.  

Returns Policy

You, the consumer, has the right to cancel and return any goods purchased from Simply Essential UK within 7 working days, which starts from the day after receipt of goods.  The cost of returning items is non refundable.

Damaged or Faulty items

Damages, faults or missing items must be reported to us within 2 working days of receipt of your parcel.

You may be asked to return any damaged or faulty goods or asked for photographic evidence before any replacements are sent.  Damaged goods will be replaced with any reasonable return postage costs refunded.   Proof of posting costs will be required if not clear on the package. Where goods are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs.
