Simply Essential UK is a secure shopping site and accepts all major credit cards through  GOOGLE CHECKOUT and PAYPAL

Postage Costs
All items are sent insured by Royal mail for only £1.99* 2nd class or £2.75* for 1st Class.  If you wish to enquire about any other postage methods please contact us.  We reserve the right to use any other method where required.

Delivery Schedule:
 
We usually dispatch orders in 2-4 working days. The delivery schedule is as per the terms and conditions of the chosen courier.  All parcels are sent by Royal Mail or alternative courier over 1kg (UK only). We reserve the right to use any other method where required. 

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.  Please note that Royal mail do not consider a parcel to be lost until the (15th day of delivery UK,  24 days Europe)

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods as described in the Returns Policy section of our Terms and Conditions. To cancel or return goods please contact us via any of the methods described in the About Us section of our Terms and Conditions quoting your order number.
 
Outside UK

Due to the considerable variation in shipping costs depending on size, weight and destination we have a standard charge for shipping up to 500g. However additional costs may apply.   Please see our postal charges for guidelines on additional charges which may apply.  If an additional charge is applicable, we shall email you with the required payment due and an option to cancel.  If no reply is received after 7 days we shall cancel your order and refund your payment in full.

Non-Deliveries

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost.

If your order is returned to us due to various reasons eg: Not called for, insufficient, incorrect delivery address, Gone away etc through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost (the exact charge cost will be made).  Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices & postage include VAT at the standard rate where applicable.

Returns Policy

 

You the consumer has the right to cancel and return any goods purchased from Simply Essential UK within 7 working days, which starts from the day after receipt of goods.  The cost of returning items is not refundable.

Damaged goods will be replaced with any reasonable return postage costs refunded - proof of posting costs will be required if not clear on the package. All our goods are posted insured. Where goods are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs.

Goods must be returned unopened and in perfect condition. When choosing how to return products to us (post, courier etc.) please bear in mind the suitability of product and packaging and the rigours of the postal system. Simply Essential UK cannot be held responsible for goods returned that are damaged in the post. The cost of returning the product to the company is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of the products we offer we cannot accept returns on opened or otherwise used items unless the return is with regard to a problem with the items.

If you wish to return goods please contact us immediately quoting your order number and where appropriate the reasons for return. Please do not return items before contacting us firstly.
